Cancellation Policy
Since our platform generates digital biodata files (PDF, Image, and Word formats) instantly upon successful payment, orders cannot be cancelled or retracted once payment is processed and download links are generated.
Refund Policy
As all our products are digital and delivered immediately, we generally do not offer refunds once a download link has been successfully provided. However, we will process a refund under the following special conditions:
- Double Payments / Failed Delivery: If you were charged twice for a single order, or if the transaction was successful but you did not get access to your download links due to a technical error on our part, we will issue a full refund.
- Failed Transactions: If your bank account is debited but the transaction fails on our website, the amount is usually reversed by your bank or the payment provider (Razorpay) automatically. If it is not reversed, please contact us for assistance.
Refund Timelines
Approved refunds for duplicate payments or technical errors will be processed and credited back to the customer's original payment method (bank account, credit/debit card, or UPI) within **5 to 7 working days**.
